On a mission to deploy nutrition for humanity, sustainably.
We Grow. We Process. We Supply. We Advance. We Nourish.
Nutri8 grows, processes, and supplies premium botanical ingredients — herbs, roots, fruits, vegetables, fungi, and plant extracts used in supplements, food, cosmetics, and natural medicine. We provide organic and conventional toll processing, and we support small and mid-sized growers through contract growing and novel value-added processing near the source.
We are deploying a decentralized model built on independently owned regional Regen Nutrition Hubs. The first opens in Brenham, Texas this year.
Regeneratively grown botanical ingredients supplied to wholesale, CPG, supplement, and medicinal buyers.
Recovering high-value upcycled material from farms and quality post-production food sidestreams that would otherwise be lost.
Cleaning, dehydration, sizing, and milling for other producers and botanical companies.
Automation is in our DNA: lower costs, better quality and consistency, more margin for small and mid-sized producers.
The nutrition in America's food has been falling for decades. Over the same years, pharma gobbled up the botanical suppliers and private equity gobbled up the toll processors — a double gap, and the processors left standing have little reason to serve the small and mid-sized customers that need them most. Demand for traceable, regeneratively grown ingredients is climbing into a capacity that barely exists. Nutri8 continues building it.
We are obsessed with continuous improvement: transforming quality raw materials into higher-value ingredients, better, faster, and cheaper — a claim we aim at and prove again and again. We bring the same approach to our farmers, using technology to raise both quality and yields.
Our SAUNA low-energy dehydration process was originally developed by the USDA and validated years ago with the California Energy Commission, UC Davis, and the USDA.
Many technologies have followed, patents filed across our processes, most proven at commercial scale.
Nutri8 was founded by Timothy Childs, who founded and built TCHO Chocolate's transparent, vertically integrated cacao sourcing and processing program. Before that, he built machine vision systems for NASA's Space Shuttle. The team collectively has spent decades raising nutrient density across food supply chains.
